Bain Marie – Wax melting Pot – 1.5kg – with integral Water Jacket and Lid

Wax should not be heated directly, which is why we use these Wax Melting pots to make our candles.
These Bain Marie pots have a water jacket surrounding the inside chamber.
To use, remove the water inlet cover and fill the jacket with water to just below the level of the inlet.
Replace the water inlet cover.
Place on an electric hob, add the wax and cover.
The water inlet cover also acts as a whistle to inform you that the water is boiling.
Reduce the temperature to allow the water to simmer.
